The deck is incredible for Theme Tournaments, where none of the meta decks are super-effective against it. Soaring Storm can be purchased from the in-game shop for 500 Coins. It also has the speed and quick draw power of Unseen Depths, and youll often end up having over ten cards in your hand late-game. It hits hard, sets up pretty fast, has incredible synergy and drawing power, and goes a step beyond Relentless Flame in having no real hard counters in the meta. Soaring Storm doesnt have a Type-advantage against any of these decks, and still manages to be super strong. With a Fire, Water, and Grass triangle being a big part of the Pokemon TCG Online meta, Soaring Storm is the fourth S-Tier Theme deck.
